    At what time of day are the winners announced for each month ?

    February 1st around 12:00 noon I'm guessing?

    At 00:14 of 1 February and receive a message in your account if you win thing (ammo, design or cannon). Server Time.

    Where can you find the server time? I'm In USA EAST trying to figure out if I'd win anything and It will be Feburary 1st in 6 hours.

    You could do a action (buy, sell, sunk npc, etc) and you look the time in Logbook.

    The is easy server runs off of EST. Does this help mate? Google eastern standard time and you can see the server time.
