radiant exchange

    in the event forum it states that the radiant's will be exchanged at a rate of 1 radiant= 2 crystals, i had 199 radiant's left but only received 199 crystals, surely this should have been 298, could you please look at this...

    To compensate for this error we have made the following decision:
    · When the event ends on the US based servers, the automated exchange will run normally and exchange all Radiant and Cursed Souls into Crystals.

    o 1 Radiant Soul = 2 Crystals

    o 1 Cursed Soul = 1 Crystal

    2014-03-03 12:00:02199 x Crystals credited to account. Reason: Radiant souls

    Same for me but it actually did give me the right crystals.... so check your crystals, they should be there mate.

    This is correct, I as well have it display the not x2 amount but my crystals show that I got x2. Has this helped you mate?
