Payment problems.

    Hello, I am having trouble sending in a ticket. The old ticket has been closed and I cant send in a new ticket. I get so far in the support page and it stops. February 18th there was a Mega Happy Hour and I did not receive some items. I wrote support, was told my bank account would not be charged for the items. But I get my bank statement today and bam there is the charge.

    I tried to access the payment and support center via the forum and it doesn't work either. Can you post a working link so I can get this addressed. Thank You.

    Actually you should be able to reply to the original ticket, via email if you have it saved. That way whomever on the support team that receives it can follow the thread of conversation and know the whole story.

    Thank you, i did reply. They sent me to a secure page with a pass word which told me the ticket was closed. There was no options to re open the ticket or make a reply. Any suggestions.

    Thank you for that heads up, I will ensure they are aware of it. does it prevent you form completing the support request?
