Niggling problems

When I see the number of complaints on these forums about the things in this game which don't work properly, adding my tuppence worth feels like kicking a man while he's down, but let's face it, if we don't point out what's broken about the game then it will never get fixed. From what I can gather there's little chance that it will be fixed anyway, but at least, let it be said...

There are some problems that have been going on for months now. They are probably not major problems, certainly not compared to the problems that cash customers are having (and when I read their comments, I thank my lucky stars every day that I don't spend any money on this game) so obviously, they are not going to be top priority to be fixed, but they are annoying, niggly little problems.

1. Buying harps or balls. First entry invariably comes up with "invalid entry", so you have to do the whole process twice.
2. Likewise, click the boarding button. Everything's blank. Click "confirm" and start again to get the info up properly.
3. Intermittently, constant disconnects, often when you're in the middle of a bonus map, so all the work you've done is wasted. This is nothing to do with my hardware or my internet connection because it only happens with this game and not with any other internet sites.
4. Constantly having to clear the cache and the cookies. As 3, it is only this game that requires you to have to do that so often.

Like I said, these are possibly not major problems compared to some that I read about, but they just show to what extent this game is broken and has been broken for many months now.

I'm sorry to have to say it but you have to doubt the ability of the developers to fix the problems, so many are they. And it seems that just when they get one problem sorted, ten more pop up.

It's a shame 'cos it's a good game, but it sometimes gets so frustrating it makes you want to give it up. I know I'm not alone in feeling like this, I read it every day on these forums.
