Mods shouldn't mod the server that they play on

    Ironic how, we're still having the same basic problems @ Bigpoint that we had years ago.

    It's simple mods should not be able to mod chat on the server they play on. I understand the mod team is understaffed as it is, but this only leads to abuses. And I know the basic reply will be "the mod team doesn't abuse it's power" but if you honestly think that someone wouldn't ban someone they fight longer/for more reason then people they play with you're literally denying reality. I guess I shouldn't be too mad I'm sure Bigpoint is more upset that they've lost 50% of their client base in the last 2 years, and damn near 95% of it in the last 6. Yet again here we stand, having to tell bigpoint a multi million dollar company things that would be obvious to the most ignorant of people.

    What's funny is the mod team wonders why people have such dislike for them.

When you contact support, please include any screenshot you may have and any other information you feel would be relevant and you case will be fully investigated by them.
