Can't Use Event Voucher

    I copy/paste the new event voucher code into the voucher entry in the Shop and nothing happens. No error, no message of any kind, and it is not redeemed.

    SFTROJANHORSE

    Can someone add it to my account for me?

    Hello,

    try to redeem it from Home Page or type it in the box. I tried both ways and it worked for me.

    If you don't get any messages in the Sea Chart it is most likely that you already redeemed the Voucher Code. You need to check your log book entries.

    On the shop page, the button wasn't even 'active', it was greyed out like I had entered nothing in the text box. I did try both copy/paste and typing it in.

    I didn't realize that the Voucher could still be entered from the home page, I though it went away when it was added to the shop. It did work from the home page, thanks!
