    Where is Jack Hawk? He is suppose to be SAFE haven. But could not find him. Is he only in a certen safe haven?

    Jack Hawk is in all safe houses except safehouse 21/1

    Hello,

    your fellow pirate is correct.

    Quest-giver Jack Hawk can be found in any SH except SH-21.

    The issue with him not being in that SH has been forwarded.
