Genie buff not working?

    Got my Genie. Buff is on my screen. Says "Arsenal +10% weapons slots" but I have the same number of cannon slots. I logged out and back in several times and still the same number of cannon slots. It worked earlier in the day. My logbook says its there. It took my Sanfanad coins.
