Game Broken

What is the real status of fixing the game? What causes the problems? What are the plans on how to resolve it? I think Bigpoint must make an announcement regarding this because everybody deserves to know. It is unfair that we are losing subscriptions everyday and only get small amounts of compensation.

Bigpoint guarantees that its Games and Services will be available on average 90% (ninety per cent) of the time throughout the year. This excludes periods during which Bigpoint Website servers, individual Games and/or Services are not available on the Internet due to technical or other problems that are beyond the control of Bigpoint (force majeure, liability of a third party, etc.), and periods when routine maintenance work is carried out. The liability of Bigpoint regarding the unavailability of the Games and/or Services through malicious intent and gross negligence remains unaffected. Bigpoint may restrict access to its Games and Services where necessary for reasons of network security and for the preservation of network integrity, in particular with regard to the prevention of serious failures or disruptions to the network, software or stored data.

 

We are sorry but we do not have an update as to the real status of fixing the game. We are not the game programmers. All information we are given is always posted in the Official Announcment Section of the forum.

Anything else is out of our knowledgement and we can not answer what we do not know.
