Restart with the proverbial 48% gamescreen freeze!!!

    Once again I am hit by the usual game screen load freeze at 48%.
    Having switched to the client version in the hope that it would avoid this type of problem I find that it occurs here as well.
    Will somebody in SF start to take on the responsibility of getting this constant frustrational problem fixed once and for all time!
    God help us when the game is loaded with 'Unity' in 2121 with sort of problem...:mad::(:mad::eek:

    If this client is your idea of better game play the future is v bleak. Makes the old one seem like heaven wd bp you will [ clear the decks ] and then the fun begins...

    Please clear your client cache and try to log-in again.

    I've cleared cache multiple times and restarted multiple times and still can't get on. IT'S NOT WORKING FINE!!!!!!!!

    i been using client , but not work. it show like incomplete page, pigture and other is not complete loading. so i uninstall the client and reinstall, but i got message like this http://prntscr.com/vaksw4 so i cannot using client game anymore.

    I had already cleared the cache in 'the client game' and cleared the cache in firefox!!! I also had run my 'defragmentor' and 'disc clean up' to see if this would help ensuring that the prob was not at my end. No change. I restarted my computer and internet box - no change!
    Whatever the problem was it always seems to occur around your game restarts. I find today I can play but not with thanks to sf cos the same old answer was not required as I had already carried out the actions mentioned above.
