What castles should I do

I'm new and I have some questions for the castles.

I have the reloader nearly maxed, but I am not sure if I should max out my speed castle first (the sternpost) or the castle to repair faster (since I really do repair very slow)

Would the repair one have a big impact?

My two Bob's worth is "Adamantine hull " need that defence even against npc's and might not have to rep as much with some protection good luck

 

no real free choice but i've found that castles to do with the farming side of the game, such as adamantite hull, reloader, sternpost (to find npcs faster) etc will help you to build a bit faster than if you did pvp based castles first

 

Would you all max them instant or do slowly all of them at once? to like 5 or 6

 

i would do some at a time it is better to have some than haven 1 or 2 full if you have 4 or 5 or more half max say you will be better off i think it is better for new and small ships to farm up than set for fighting you will be killing more npc than pvp good luck m8

 

MAX reloader and adamantine hull asap then work on sternpost etc but in my opinion these two followed by stern

 

thanks, i realise defense is really imporant. This Reinforced ribs seems pretty handy for that, is there any way to get them in game free?

 

No mate, Like alot of thing's in this game you have to spend your hard earned cash, and to be honest you could spend thousands and still not be competitive.My advice play the game as a free game spend as little as possible Good luck

 

umm if i were you, i would focus on hit probability, cannon damage, reloader first.
Then secondary option would be elite ammunition dmg, dmg prevention, critical hits, and dodge.

if you are newbie, you ll get sunk everyday anyways....and even if you can tank well, event npc requires high hit probability for making actual profit. low probability and low cannon dmg will cause more cost to spend on buying event ammunition even if u sink event ship.

So, i would upgrade dmg side first not defensive ones. join guild and let other big ship tank event ship.
