Vanhu reward is wrong

We have received further information regarding this issue.

The rewards which have been issued are the correct rewards. We were informed of the wrong level of cannons here in the forum, however, in-game the correct levels were displayed in the final rewards section and the correct rewards were booked, we have now also corrected the Official Announcement post.

The changes compared to the first announcement of the Cauldron of Saba are as follows:

1. 2nd Reward - Changed from Worldbreaker Level 3 to Worldbreaker Level 4 (we received the information it was level 5)

in my opinion the rightfull thing should be to give the lvl 5 as they have posted and also they told forum administration then fix the tread and rewards from next month . "and also my opinion is to add more cannons to payment packs we have close to 600 cannons and they put like 50 " but this is for another tread

 

I also agree you can not post for 20 days that people get level 5 and reward them with level 4 then to change your mind and edit your or the Development teams problem would you buy a Aston martin and when u go pick it up you get a ford focus with the Aston Martin Badge

Classed as False advertisement and it is against the LAW

Be like me going to the bank and they tell me i got 2000euro i ask to take 2000euro but she gives me 1500 euro and pockets the other 500euro

send your complaints to the online gamming commision include your screenshots as evidence asqwell as give description of complaint.
bp will have to reply threw these directly then when recieved response from bp the online gamming commision send you the response bk they recieved. i doubt bp will try to fight this case threw these people as bp know there in the wrong on this. I know ive had to go threw these people myself regarding an unusual removed from an event ranking in the last seconds of the event which was impossible and bp used an escuse there was supposidly cheating took place.

i won this dispute and was handed more than i should have recieved if they just gave me my rank i won so dont let these companys take your money and hand out when ended something you wasnt expecting....

 

Hi Swift, it appears there is a serious (yet again) breakdown between what the Mod Team are informed of and what the developers think (then probably change their mind, yet again!!) We were all led to believe that the level 5's were to be awarded to those lucky few and to change this to something else is just not on!! it needs to be rectified with what was promised & I await, with baited breath, the right response, brewery trips and the organisation of now springs to mind

so the original post was altered monday to display the correct winnings bp now wanted pirates to win ??

why as people already received rewards before hand as this event had all ready expired ??

would i be allowed to purchase cannon packs at the beginning of an event play all threw the event with them and then just after event finnishes i ask for my money back as i told my credit card i only wanna buy 2 packs but instead got 4... does me miss informing my credit card give me the right to get recredited for 2 cannon packs just an example ???
