A little help please

    Ahoy...
    So I'm trying to build up my boat ( a never ending progress )
    And I'm focusing on cannon slots right now.
    I hear some mates that they have aprox 620 cannon on their boat, and that without that Genie Arsenal buff.
    Did they add something while I took a break or what?
    How can I get to that high of a number, cause from my calculations with a lvl 4 commonwealth officer and all buffs I know of max I can count up to is around 570. Can someone explain that?

    Also you have Herald's Legacy you can get this by subscribing for emails with something I don't remember what from BP
    adds : 5 weapon slots and 5 expansion slots
