Just Checked My Account - Missing one Taurus Map...?

    Saw the Announcement of an upcoming functioning delay due to an "upgrade" to the "League of Captains". So I decided to do them all now, so that when the new "League of Captains" comes out, I won't find I lost a map by some quirk.

    This morning, I had One Aquarius Map and TWO Taurus Maps. Would you check? I did the Aquarius and ONE Taurus:

    2021-12-02 17:18:56 Your captain´s vessel has been unloaded. You claimed your prize for the map "Aquarius map".

    2021-12-02 17:47:11 Your captain´s vessel has been unloaded. You claimed your prize for the map "Taurus map".

    I went back to do the last Taurus and found this:

    What did I miss? My User ID is 40/39576125 on the former U.S. East server. Thank you.

    Well thank you Master Jedi, but I did read it thoroughly and was playing and redeeming maps and the last one vanished. Look at the time on my taskbar: 8 p.m. CST. I don't see how they would have made a change at that time, which in Germany would have been +7 hours to me. So the lost map occurred at 3 a.m. their time. They don't restart it then. It makes no sense. But thanks for the sarcastic help. :)

    Ahoy mate,

    Are you sure you had that number of bonus maps? Sometimes when you complete a bonus map there will show there being 1 left but under the wave counter it will show that all the waves have already been completed. I have forwarded your ID to an admin in the mean time.

    Thanks. I had purchased three Taurus Maps in the Buc's Bounty. Did one. Had two left (And one Aquarius Map the Captain could do). Decided to do them after reading about the upcoming change. Did my one Aquarius and then one of my two remaining Taurus maps. Went back at 8 p.m CST as shown at the bottom of my screenshot, and it was gone. Checked it about three times at least and no Taurus Maps for the Captain to do. So yes - I believe I am missing one.

    After speaking with the admins, we cannot help with bonus maps on the forum, you will need to speak with support on this issue.

    And please keep this thread civil. Sarcastic help and goading your fellow players is not useful.

    As this has been forwarded to support, I will now close this thread.
