Gemstones - Ship Configurater NOT WORKING

    After opening 5 x Gemstones bags a problem has occurred.
    On opening bag you just get gray cards then the description of what they contain.
    On gem stone selection screen there is no way you can select to improve settings. No positions of existing selections are to be seen for replacement/conversion.
    Assistence please.

    Hello,

    unfortunately but I was unable to replicate this issue.

    Please close your sea chart and re-open it again - this should resolve your problem.

    Could you please provide us with more information / screenshots if this issue appear on your account again.

    THANKS FOR THE ANSWER. There is a definite 'glitch' in the game. (another of the SF weird probs that now appear to be a standard login/logout resolution).
    Just closing the seachart did not resolve the issue.
    Only way to get the Configurater working properly was to log right out of game and then log back in to game page then into seachart.

    Ahoy mate,

    Logging out and restarting the game was able to resolve the issue for you though? We will forward this bug to the developers!
