Debuffed TWICE (UNFAIRLY!)

Hello dear BigPoint Devs and Admin team, it was July when you did the first wave of debuffs , you did give me the so called "Gotcha" Debuff , i did send message to the support team and the problem was solved in matter of 2 days (everything okay till then, you admitted that you were mistaken debuffing someone who was innocent) . You do SECOND wave of giving the "gotcha" debuff recently, i DO send at the support team to check if they're mistaken and i want this solved ,they simply answer me that they caught me botting, so I asked them to show me some proof of that, indeed they did not (its been two months since i've returned to the game and in the period of 3 years i've spent more than 1,5 thousands euro to this game) when i asked for my money back or i will simply bring this failed company to the court they simply closed the e-mail ticket. Since i cannot find my rights with you guys from e-mail support, i will do this in public. In case you close that thread (that means you avoid to speak about this situation) i will have to drag your company into the courts! I demand some justification, or my money back! In case none of this happen we will speak to the court.

Bp doesn't care, they debuff all the wrong boats and let their buddies get away, i think they have no clue who is doing it, its a lets get this boat and that boat.....i seen boats on the water still botting and all i get is the same old comment from support...blah blah if all the honest players stop buying packs and what not bp would change their tune and get the right boats

 

you dont have a leg to stand on in court but good luck... also you cant buy a car drive it for a few years put some nice alloy wheels on it and a sports exhaust and some fluffy dice the go back to the car dealer and ask for your money back for everything you added to it because you got a speeding ticket same goes for in game
