What Am I Missing Here?

    I was looking through the shop and saw the information shown below. Why do they offer 15 captain's chests for $12.99 when I can buy 30 captain's chests (plus other items) for $9.99? This makes no sense whatsoever. What am I missing?

    Maybe it's for those that want to buy hundreds of chests as you can only buy the 9.99 one twice, but the 12.99 on a thousand times (Eek!!!)

    You do not miss anything. During Captain's Sale there are just better packages which are not offered on regular days.

    I noticed that too, but you would have to be insane to do so.

    I assume then that the $12.99 package is always available?
