I am writing to express my deep concern regarding the pricing policies for players in the Balkans, specifically Serbia. I sent a mail about this problem 10 months ago, I wrote a forum post 4 months ago, but unfortunately, there was no change.

The current pricing disparities are stark and unjust. For example, Hungary benefits from a 54% discount, Romania and Bulgaria enjoy a 25% discount, and Turkey has a remarkable 74% discount. When we consider the minimum wage and purchasing power in Serbia compared to these countries, the unfairness becomes even more pronounced:

    Minimum Wage Comparison:
    Hungary: Approx. €720/month
    Romania: Approx. €740/month
    Bulgaria: Approx. €500/month
    Turkey: Approx. €500/month
    Serbia: Approx. €500/month
When comparing these countries, Serbia’s minimum wage is similar to Turkey's, yet Turkey receives a much larger discount (74%) compared to Serbia, which receives none.

Furthermore, when comparing prices with Germany, where the minimum wage is around €2000/month, Serbian players pay the same price for in-game items despite having significantly lower purchasing power. For example, a €75 item costs about 24.75% of the monthly wage in Serbia, whereas it only represents 4.68% of a monthly wage in Germany. This stark contrast highlights the unfairness of the current pricing structure.

This pricing disparity creates an unfair environment that discourages players from Serbia from participating fully in the game. It feels like territorial and monetary discrimination against our region. Additionally, Serbia does not have the option to pay in its own currency, further exacerbating this inequity.

It is particularly disheartening to see that countries with similar economic challenges to Serbia are granted substantial discounts while we are left with none. This situation not only feels unjust but also undermines the spirit of the game and alienates a significant player base.
Should playing Seafight mean sacrificing the quality of life due to unaffordable in-game expenses?

How do you expect players to be fair when basically the game is not fair because of the prices differences?

I urge you to reconsider the pricing strategy and implement a fairer approach that takes into account the economic conditions of all players, particularly those in Serbia.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. I hope for a prompt and just resolution.
