Ahoy Pirates,

We are currently syncing the following changes.

Event Preparation:

• We have prepared the Pirate Lords event.

Submarine Rebalancing:

• Propellers:
  • All propellers base speed + 5,
  • Silent Run lvl 1 and 2 +5 to stealth speed
  • Silent Run lvl 3 +10 to stealth speed
• Stealth:
  • Duration decreased from 10 seconds to 9 seconds
• Launchers:
  • Split Damage Primary Attribute on Mako and Zorax Launchers into two; PvE Damage and PvP Damage
  • Halved the PvP Damage for Mako and Zorax Launchers
  • Decreased the Reload Primary Attribute for Amarax and Zorax Launchers by 25%
• Castle
  • Switched the -20% Reload into -1second absolute (each level provides -100ms)
• Skills
  • Switched the -20% Reload into -1second absolute (each skill point provides -20ms)
• Torpedo Operator
  • Changed Reload Percentage from 2%, 4%, 6% to 5%, 10%, 15%

Other Changes:

• Commonwealth Officers are now shown first in the Crew window instead of Boarding Officers
• Fenghuang Reputation Rewards have been removed from the NPCs within the Commonwealth Raid Map
• We have added additional Yulong Coins to the regular Fenghuang NPCs when you have reached the 10,000 Reputation given by that NPC (e.g. An NPC that gives Inferno Overseers now gives you more Yulong Coins when you have 10,000 Inferno Overseers Reputation). Large Admirals require all 4 types of the reputation.
• We have removed the maximum amount of Legba's Patronage and Simbi's Protection, which was 90 days

Bug fixes:

• Only the Group Chat Creator was added to the Group Chat, not other users - FIXED
