sense of time quest issue

    i am trying to complete the level 56 quest 'a sense of time'
    when i open the quest it says i have to do damage to npc and within a time of 15 minutes however, as soon as i activate the quest the timer goes immediately to 0 and the quest disappears, am i missing something here as it seems impossible to complete this quest and progress, i have looked through the forum to find answers but cant find any threads on this matter.

    After accepting -> Cancelling -> accepting again your quest display correctly.

    Please accept it on your end and deal the required damage, there should be no issue with redeeming such quest if you will meet the timer requirement.
