    What quests for the group maps are on about??

    There is only 1 quest that require you to finish a map from Olik.

    The group maps within the event completion are the big portals in Map of Forever.

    it doesnt, you can hover on the "finish groupmaps" and the names of group-maps that counts will be revealed

    No, every map that add +1 to your event completion display once you hover your mouse over that completion task - your fellow pirate is correct.
