Gift Chaser Error

The gift is in 44 map and when i try to pick it up it says I am not the right level? I am lvl 55 so i should be able to grab it???

Please fix.

 

from the last 10 maps only you can pick gift a new once map

I am in my map region and cannot pick it up.

I am now in map 49/1, same error i am not the right level to pick up the item???

I am lvl 55 so this is my region?

It looks like FAQ provided to us was wrong (I will correct it in a minute).

Correct map range:

Players of level 1 to 20 will fight over 1 gift in the maps 1/1 to 20/1
Players of level 21 to 40 will fight over 1 gift in the maps 21/1 to 40/1
Players of level 41 to 50 will fight over 1 gift in the maps 41/1 to 50/1
Players of level 51 to 60 will fight over 2 gifts in the maps 51/1 to 60/1
