Do you have any idea why this captain can't accept this quest? I tried several times with no luck.

 

You need to have both of the task types and you only have one. The tasks with two are impossible as you can't have every combination to two types to match up.

Please close your Captain League window and reopen it again. This should help as your captain is eligible for such task.

That's not true. You can have just 1 of required perks and if your captain will have enough vitality and the same colour as the task then you can send him for such mission.

Because your captain own 1 perk of required 2 then if 'Possible' reward is given your captain will bring you just 1 out of the available rewards.

Ah, I didn't know that I had a problem similar to DC when I got my first 'green' captain, so assumed that was the reason and never tried again. That's good, it gives me more mission options than I thought.

I am doing my captains on daily basis since the release and I do experience that from time to time but usually the 2nd try works.

If you happen to encounter such problems more frequently please contact Support.
