Bought an event Sub, but I can't Find it.

    I bought one of the event subs (curved corsair or something like that), but I can't see it in either the 'Switch Designs' or the 'Gem Cutter'. I tried logging out and it, I tried it with the sub preset selected on the surface as well in Atlantis. Where did my sub go?

    Thank you, but that is the wrong sub. The one I bought had the 33% damage and 19.5% dodge (don't remember the other two gems as these two were the ones I wanted). I'm pretty sure it's name had two (out of 3?) words that started with C. Can you get them to swap this for the correct one? Thanks.

    The submarine, which was credited on your account, is the correct one.

    Please be aware that 33% damage and 19.5% dodge chance were never available for any sort of sales (payment designs / events) as these would be of level 33 and level 39. You must have seen that wrong ^^

    I wrote down the 2 gems of the sub, but not the complete name of it. The 33% damage and 19.5% dodge was what it displayed in the Shop. I did not imagine it. It is possible that it meant that 33% was the total of the damage as I've seen gems with a base damage plus a extra damage on breach colors, but the dodge should be right.

    Also, the sub I bought had those red 'fins' on it (there was more than one that had this look) and the sub you booked doesn't look the same at all. Can you check again?

    Please be aware that we never released a submarine with gems higher than 26 within any of the events so it is impossible for you to find such submarine with such high end gems within the market.

    Once submitted your issue has been forwarded to a developer who reviewed your account and booked the correct design, unfortunately I can't do anything else in your case here within the forum.
