    Please be aware that you lose your pirates and their equipment every time someone board your ship, or you try to board them.

    As I thought, your pirates were lost due to several boarding's as shown in your logbook (just few examples).

    2025-04-02 12:57:17 237x Experienced Pirate was/were removed. Reason: Boarding.
    2025-04-02 12:56:33 158x Experienced Pirate was/were removed. Reason: Boarding.
    2025-04-02 12:40:50 158x Experienced Pirate was/were removed. Reason: Boarding.
    2025-04-02 12:35:19 119x Experienced Pirate was/were removed. Reason: Boarding.
    2025-04-01 19:09:25 598x Experienced Pirate was/were removed. Reason: Boarding.
    2025-04-01 19:19:52 You received 900 x Experienced Pirate.
    2025-03-31 21:55:37 598x Experienced Pirate was/were removed. Reason: Boarding.

    There is nothing wrong with your account, if you don't want your pirates to die you'll have to remove them from your boat and replace with the gold ones (Regular Pirate).

    Personally I would use just gold pirates and gather additional boarding bonus % from your ship gems / pet gems or extensions (rowboats).
