    Luminous Expanse​

    What is the Luminous Expanse event?

    Luminous Expanse is a new guild-based event where players work together to attack a growing crystal using special ammo.

    The crystal evolves through stages, offering rewards and guild buffs as it progresses.

    How do I access the Luminous Expanse map?

    The event takes place in the Event Guild Map.

    You can join into your guild map by pressing on the Guild Stone action item.

    Upon entering, you will receive Summons Deus Ex Marina which allows you to spawn Helper NPCs.

    Can anyone enter the map?

    Only guild members can enter, and there is no player limit.

    How do I leave the map?

    A button at the top of the screen allows you to exit, returning you to the last map you were in.

    How does the crystal work?

    The crystal is a stationary NPC with 5 growth stages. Each stage requires a set damage threshold before advancing.

    What happens when the crystal reaches the final stage?

    The fifth stage has no damage cap—instead, the crystal self-heals, and guilds compete for ranking based on damage dealt.

    What kind of ammo is needed to attack the crystal?

    Crystal Rounds Ammo cause much more damage to the Great Sunstone.

    Can I attack the crystal without Crystal Ammo?

    Yes, however the amount of damage caused by your ship will be reduced.

    What are Helper NPCs?

    These NPCs assist by attacking the crystal.

    Players can purchase up to 4 Helper NPCs.

    How do I spawn Helper NPCs?

    Use Summons Deus Ex Marina (received upon entering the map) to summon them.

    Do Helper NPCs stay if I leave the map?

    Yes, they remain as long as you're online.

    They de-spawn if you log out.

    Can Helper NPCs be attacked?

    Yes, Enemy NPCs will target them first.

    You can heal or respawn them if they die.

    What are Enemy NPCs?

    These hostile NPCs spawn periodically, attacking Helper NPCs first, then players.

    How many Enemy NPCs spawn?

    The number scales with guild members present (min: 1, max: 10).

    Rewards & Rankings​

    What rewards do we get?

    Each growth stage grants:
    • From completing quests - Stage loot (for all guild members)
    • From completing quests - Additional Helper NPC slots (one per stage)
    • Guild buffs (up to 4 active at once, one per stage)

    How does the ranking system work?

    Guilds earn points based on total damage dealt, with a daily ranking reset.

    Yes, some event quests will require interacting with the crystal or defeating Enemy NPCs.

    Troubleshooting​

    My Helper NPCs disappeared. Why?

    They despawn if you log out.

    If they were killed, you can respawn them using Summons Deus Ex Marina.

    Does the crystal ever reset?

    No, progression is persistent throughout the event.​
