    Ice Crystal Is the Word Quest
    Have accepted and completed quest #3 times, and I am unable to get reward, had to cancel quest. Only thought is that I have 20 Ice Crystals, and the quest only calls for 15 Ice Crystals to complete. Unable to do advanced quests. Your thoughts??

    Ahoy BuddhasRevenge!

    If you've done everything that the quest tells ya to do - and you can't redeem it - please make sure that you are at the correct quest giver (in this case at correct Barnacle Ballard).

    At the correct quest giver; Barnacle Ballard...........at him, on him, over him, all around him; still will not allow me to turn in Ice Crystal quest................look at my account............return quest to quest giver gray shaded out......no green showing??

    Found and corrected mistake, thank you. Can close thread now.
