event chests

    some event chests gives only souls, nothing else!

    2025-08-08 19:14:28 1x Event key was/were removed. Reason: Chest opened.
    2025-08-08 19:14:28 You received 1 x Radiant souls.
    2025-08-08 19:14:28 You opened a locked chest.

    2025-08-08 19:48:39 You received 1 x Cursed souls.
    2025-08-08 19:48:39 1x Event key was/were removed. Reason: Chest opened.
    2025-08-08 19:48:39 You opened a locked chest.

    Not just this two but I had some other logbook, this only happen today.

    Ahoy cʟαш!

    Personally I did not had an "empty" chest since day 1 of this event.

    Could you please contact Support so they can look at your account a bit closer than I can?
