    Today I suddenly dropped in rank. I look to see why and I have a Bot scar! I am NOT a bot, I'm a 70 year old man and I am absolutely a REAL person, for goodness' sake. I wouldn't even know how to create one, if that's possible. I don't know any of that computer tech-knowledge garbage, I'm lucky that I know how to turn the darn thing on! I'm a guy who has been playing this game honestly for 14 YEARS. WHY would you suddenly penalize me like this???
