    Dragon amulets are given as part of reward for some daily quests you can find from quest givers in safe haven 12.

    Quests you need to be looking for -

    Full power
    You can't handle the truth
    Ch ch ch ch ch ch changes
    ​
    You can also obtain dragon amulets from the captains dragon chests which are available during some sales and special markets.
