    I've tried this quest 2 times now, I thought cancelling and restarting it would help but no joy. How do I get this item to finish the quest.

    Ahoy MiniMeanie!

    This quest item can be dropped from NPC Grap.

    You don't have to cancel your quest - just keep shooting some more NPCs.

    Yeah I've kept it running for now, I presumed that was the case but shot loads more than I needed.
