Some players appear to have started with 2 divine maps others 1. Where are these obtained?

Divine Maps can be obtained only from quests - in short you complete ROK-1 questline and you get access to ROK-2.

Is the Quest, "A Family at War"; supposed to take this long? With the given resources and requirements, I don't think I can accomplish the quest. It requires 2 kill upgrades on your chosen supporter, but given divine offerings only barely cover 1. Now I have to earn another 3500 offerings with ships providing about ~18-23 each. The given ammunition does not cover the required amount by my calculations. If I am missing something, please let me know.

 

lol good luck cannot finish quest because you need hacksilver's and making zero from npc's, monsters or anything while doing quest! So stuck on a quest to open 5 chests but need hacksilver to buy keys. just a joke yet again and not buying any packages for them so not wasting time on maps for nothing.

Kelpies and Nagifar give hacksilver, not much though.

 

Sounds like another well thought out design for bot users to run 24/7 to much in this game designed for it to spend hours making items. Only normal people who cannot spend hours a day suffer and quit game from boredom.

 

This sounds like Atlantis all over again. Start from scratch with a new game within the game. I'm sure they'll force us to go there later by making events impossible to complete without it.

ROK is not supposed to be done within the day 1 of the release. Some quests will require a lot of items / currency to move forward - this is normal.

Hacksilver can be obtained from admirals and special NPCs like Kelpie.

Just hit a few and you'll definitively get some.

I do not recommend using that at all... this is simply a bug which will be fixed within the upcoming restart.

The whole ROK isnt that bad at all - yes it require some work towards quests to be done and current amount of players in ROK-1 / ROK-2 is huge but over the time it will become much better (-:

Exactly! based on my long experience with this game, they always do the same thing. cant wait for next expansion where ufo's and spaceships be out with new maps "planet of solar system"

Pity the possibility to use the vouchercode for lava ammo lasted just 1 day. I have missed it. A bit longer was a better option to give more people a chance

Two questions about the ROK area:
- Does your God help you in maps 1 - 9 or only in the Judgement Orb map that is in Divine Haven? I don't really notice a difference in play as I upgrade. For example, Loki is supposed to drop sea mines and I have not seen him drop any.
- From the event ticker it appears as though the "cycle" is 24 days long, in the FAQ open Beta it says "Note that progression is cyclical: each cycle begins from scratch, so you’ll plan upgrades knowing you can replay a God’s storyline later and experiment with different combinations of abilities." Does that mean we have to collect a hundred thousand++ divine offerings each cycle or just that the divine offerings will go back into your inventory and be available for the next cycle to use on a God?

The item required for your quest can be looted from both Karvi and Hringhorni NPCs - please note there is just a chance to obtain such item.

Your God Partner buffs works only within the ROK and within the Judgement Orb. These do not affect your ship outside of ROK.

Regarding your second question we will have to wait and see, as FAQ state there will be some form of "change" but how this will play out we will have to uncover ourselves in the near future.

what is the point, bringing ragnarok expansion on, when they havent fixed the roll back problems

 

what about ammo Rymar It's not cheap with hacksilver being so rare will that be fixed to without spending real money?

What "roll back problems" are you referring to?

Hacksilver isnt rare at all, you can drop it easily from Naglfar, Valkyrie or Kelpie.

I myself made over 2 000 so far without spending a single $.

Additionally if you hit these NPCs you almost always make a pure profit (you get more than you spend).
