    thanks rymar i know about the npc's but when you have over 20 boats hitting it makes the profit a lil small

    There is no set number, everything is up to your luck.

    For some players it will be 1 NPC for other 30, there is no set "rule".

    There is no set number, ohh i KNOW i was doing 3 days non stop shooting Xd 500k ammo gona and then i got the item

    The quest item mentioned by you can be looted from both NPCs mentioned within your quest.

    Please be aware that Lady Luck plays a major role when it comes to random loot, unfortunately you were simply unlucky.
