    So have done all of quest but it says to Collect 5x Ragnarök Treasure Chest 0/5, that was yesterday and today no quest to get them so is this a dead end? Really no information anywhere on them just waste ammo shooting npc's and hope to find.

    No, this is not a "dead end" - you just have to purchase 5 Divine Treasure Chest Key and open 5 ROK chests.
