Ranked Points bug

Hello!

i logged in recently and found that my rank was demoted , a total loss of 11 million points, it went from 13 million to 2 million , then i entered and did rift and it became 1 million, so 1 million less after rift and 12 million total.

i do realy care about my ranked points and its one of the reasons i play alot.
I have talked to support and they kept replying with maybe its rift or maybe you broke your login streak or maybe...

its none of that , i do rift/daily quests/ i level up / i do all atlantis quests / i do events / i login everyday and i make sure i get battle points everyday to keep my climb going

There is no way this isn't a bug , because there is no scenario where this happens normaly

Please check your Login Streak, as this (most likely) may be the case of your rank points loss.

Please be aware that our game require a FULL logout on both home page and sea chart at least once within 24 hours.

If you fail to logout on both home page and water even by 1 second you'll lose your login streak which will cause a drop in total amount of rank points.

In order to regain your Login Streak you'll have to login onto the game for the next 30 days.

You can find your login streak by hovering your mouse over our daily rank calculation formula.
