Any idea what this is? I now have 5 of them (I see them in the Depot), but have no idea what they are for.

This quest item was used in last year event, perhaps it will be used to unlock a secret quest?? Hmmm... no idea.

Where do we find the Soulless Seafarer and the Rotting Mariner npcs? Are they only in the ROK maps?

Soulless Seafarer can be found only within ROK.

Rotting Mariner can be spawned within the guild map, Nautilus Hook.

Pro:
that the Hook -summons (Guild Map) stop shooting when one stops an attack.

1. on a side note:
does anyone have aiding statistics for all event ships; ie what amount of damage prevention / dodge chance / hit probability and whatnot would be advisable (especially for the heavy hitting Hook -summons) ?
~ personal exp.: with a commonwealth guardian > 70% dodge, and persoanl ~90% dodge and 90% damage prevention = ~5-20k damage taken.

2. does the ship castle: Voodoo Deck > Voodoo Augmentor, increase Soul-Eater ammo damage?

If your dode chance is just 90% try removing your ribs or anything that you use and replace it with the highest level of one-eyed ravens.

Additionally turn on Lion's Bulwarks shields, this should lower the amount of damage taken.

When it come to your castle question yes it works - slightly increase the damage - but only for as long as your opponent have any event points.

Lots of stuff in the event market requires this.... but where do I get it from?
(I remember some past event (a couple months ago) had it, but now... )

Pirate Glory can be obtained during certain events. This currency is not redeemed once event conclude, ya keep it for as long as you want.

As far as I am aware it is not available within this event.
