Pirate Cup - Ocean Champs​

The event starts at Wednesday, 10th June at 12 noon and ends Tuesday, 21st July at 12 noon.

All times are local server times.

Time and Date

The event starts at 12 noon on June 10th and ends at 12 noon on July 21st.

Regatta, Pitch of Glory, Shoot for loot, Puzzle will be available from June 10th.

Battle Royal and Soccer Arena will be available from June 16th.

Mod Battle and Domination Arena will be available from June 23rd.

Pirate Duel, Horde Survival and Death Fights will be available from June 30th.

General Info

You'll be able to find the event ships of all the nations taking part in the Football World Cup throughout the 5 to 60/1 maps.

After you've defeated a number of these, the MVPs and admiral will spawn in one of those maps.

Within Atlantis you'll find the Lil' Kickbeard, DSV Apertura defeating enough of these will provoke the DSV Clausura to appear.

Time to Hunt!

When the event is on, your harpoons will deal twice the damage and reload time is decreased by 20%.
​

Regatta (Cannonball Run)

Collect the green and red flags as fast as possible!

On map 10, there will be green flags. When taking one, you will see a timer beginning.

You must go to map 30 where the red flags are.

You need to collect a red flag to complete the Regatta.

While going from map 10 to map 30, if you die, log out, use PvE items, access a group map, you lose your green flag and lose the Regatta. Teleportation will make you lose Regatta.

You can participate to Regata as many times as you want.

In order to win, you have to be the fastest!

The fastest one will be the winner of the Regata Ranking (TOP 5).

The Regatta Ranking resets every 6 hours.

Pitch of Glory - Group Map

The Pitch of Glory map is a team group map where you and two others will battle it out against another team of three.

To win the map, you must push the First Ball, which spawns in-between the two teams, into the opposing teams base.

However, it’s not as simple as it seems, because the enemy team is trying to push the same First Ball into your base!

To push the First Ball, you simply have to be near it.

Whichever team has control of it shall push it towards the opposing teams base.

If a member of the opposing team is within the area the First Ball shall not move.

Defeat members of the enemy team to gain an advantage and push the First Ball to victory!

Want to gain an advantage over the enemy team?

A number of NPCs will spawn within the "Jungle” section of the map, killing these will give you some buffs and ammunition.

The number of buffs you can have active at one time is not limited.

If the timer runs out, the team which has pushed the payload the furthest will win the match.

If one team quits entirely, the opposing team will win the match.

Shoot for Loot - Mini Game

Shoot for Loot is a single player map you can enter by giving Captain Kickbeard Paper Strips.

When entering the map, your values will be equalized so that you have the same values as every other player who enters the map.

In order to maintain this fairness, you will be unable to change your setup while in the map.

One way to gain an advantage is if you have the items (if not, you can get them from the Event Market; Small Soccer Fever Item, Medium Soccer Fever Item or Large Soccer Fever Item.

When you enter the map, these will be exchanged for the buffs Small, Medium or Large Soccer Fever respectively, which will increase your Hitpoints, Cannon Damage, Speed and Dodge Chance.

Once you’re in the map, you have to make your way from the left-hand side of the map to the goal which is located on the right-hand side.

Standing within your way however, are Strikers, Midfielders, Defenders and finally the Goalkeeper.

These will use different strategies to prevent you from making it to the goal, including attacks, exploding, barriers, breaches and more!

Once you have reached the goal, the map will reset, you’ll gain a portion of your health back, and you’ll have the opportunity to reach the goal again.

With each time you enter, you can reach the goal a maximum of 5 times before the map ends.

Be careful though, as if you die or the timer ends, your chance to score will end.

You’ll gain 1 Paper Slip for every time you reach the goal.

If you die, or leave the map without scoring, you will get your cost of entry back.

Trading Puzzle

The Trading Puzzle is a Jigsaw puzzle with 144 pieces, for each of the 48 Countries 3 pieces (1 common piece, 1 rare piece and 1 epic piece).

Every piece has to be applied 3 times to complete the Jigsaw puzzle. Puzzle pieces can be gained from Event ships and Trading.

You can buy and sell up to certain amount of Puzzle for Cursed Souls pieces per day.

The price of the Puzzle pieces depends on how often the Puzzle piece has been bought/ sold.

You’ll also receive loot for unlocking puzzle pieces and reaching certain milestones.

You also have a chance to receive the puzzle part or ship design from boarding the nation NPC's.

Soccer Arena - Group Map

Soccer Arena is a fast-paced 3v3 football group map. Bring the ball into your team’s goal zones to score points.

How do I access it?

Speak to Captain Kickbeard to enter the Soccer Arena.

How does it work?

Two teams of 3 players compete.

The ball must enter one of your team’s goal zones to earn a point.

After a goal is scored, the ball respawns at the centre of the map.

The team with the most points when the match ends win.
​

Tie-breaker rules

If the match ends in a tie (e.g., 2–2), the team that reached the final score first wins.

If the game ends 0–0, both teams lose and receive no loot.
​

Roles: Attacker & Defender

Each player chooses to play as either an Attacker or a Defender, each with unique auras and team-wide buffs.​

A team can have at most 2 players of the same role (e.g., 2 Attackers + 1 Defender, or vice versa).

Goal Zones

Each team has 3 goal zones. Whenever the ball enters one of your team’s zones, your team immediately scores a point.

It doesn’t matter who kicked it—if the ball crosses in, you get the point. After scoring, play resets from the center.

Soccer Ammo

Soccer Ammo gives the ball a distance buff when hit, helping you launch it further.
​

Death, Disconnects & Automatic Wins

If you die on the map, you respawn in Safe Haven.

If all players on one team are either disconnected, logged out for too long, or on the regular map, the remaining team wins automatically.
​

Hoard Groupmap

Hoard is a brand-new groupmap. Waves of Seafight NPCs spawn in order—from the earliest to the newest—along the right side of the map and steadily march toward the left edge.

Your Goal

Destroy as many NPCs as possible and survive for as long as you can. The game ends when:

• Any NPC reaches the left edge of the map, or
• All players are defeated.

Be careful—there are no revives. Once you’re out, you’re out. This map is not equalized, so bring your best ship, submarine, and items.

Game Modes: Ship or Submarine

You can choose to play as a ship or a submarine.

Each mode has its own separate entry in the groupmap selection window, but the experience stays true to the core concept:

• Ship mode – fire your cannons.
• Submarine mode – rely on torpedoes.

The gameplay remains identical; only your method of attack changes.

Zones – Random AOE Effects

Throughout the map, three types of support zones will appear and disappear randomly every 10 seconds. Stepping into one grants a powerful temporary boost:

• Speed Boost – move faster to outmanoeuvre the horde.
• Damage Boost – hit harder and clear enemies quicker.
• Range Boost – extend your reach and engage from safety.

Fortune Teller

According to the football world cup that is taking place simultaneously, you can participate in a prediction system; making your forecast of which national football team wins each game.

The prediction is done with the Forecast Chip n event currency, which you collect in-game, e.g. from quests, some NPCs, etc.

Each day, in the event window you can see the games for that day.

You can place your prediction on the outcome of any game that day until kick-off time.

If your prediction comes true and you win the prediction, you will receive double the amount of Forecast Chip.

However, if you lose, you will lose the amount of Forecast Chip you predicted.

It is not possible to place any predictions for games other than the games taking place that day, and you cannot place a prediction on a game after the predetermined kick-off time.

If you win any prediction, you will be rewarded with a congratulatory ship design along with some items.

For any predictions you win, you will receive in-game items as well as the additional Forecast Chip.

As with the World Cup's stages; Group Stage, Stage of 16, Quarter Finals, Semi Finals and Finals, we also have 5 tiers of rewards.

The loot tier you are in depends on how many stages you have placed a prediction within.

For example, if I place a prediction in the Group Stage and Stage of 16 I will be in tier loot 2, if I place a prediction in the Quarter Finals only then I will be in tier loot 1.

Forecast Chip can be used later in the event to exchange for further items, as well as count towards a ranking for the most Forecast Chip earned, so predict correctly pirates!

What are the Fortune Teller rewards?

You will get the rewards at the end of the event.

After placing your first bet, you are rewarded with Pirate Cup Player Ship Design (Fallback: Orichalkum), Triton’s Crown or Legba’s Patronage.

When winning a bet, you are rewarded with Upgraded Soccer Ammo, Soccer Torpedo, Taureau Amulet, Recklessness, Dragon Powder, Poseidon’s Crown, Chilling Touch, The Sand of Time, Simbi Protection, Jolly Roger’s Legacy or Bastion level 6.

Shipwrecks

The shipwrecks must be shot with harpoons. In the Shipwreck, you find many useful items, like Upgraded Soccer Ammunition, Dragonfire lv2, Coated Armor Plates, Dragon Powder, Thunderbolt lv 2, Thunderbolt lv 3 and many more.

Atlantis Shipwrecks

The shipwrecks must be shot with harpoons. In the Shipwreck, you find many useful items, like Soccer Torpedoes, Super Armor Plates, Super Armor Plates, Dragonfire lv2, Mako/Amarax/Mombu lv 5 Blueprint and many more.

Ammunition

Upgraded Soccer Ammunitions, Soccer Ammunitions and Soccer Torpedoes cause much more damage against the event ships and submarines.
