    argh, ahoy! So i was going through the world cup ship designs and noticed the german ship is not green, instead it is golden or slitely brown on the runny side. is this due to SF's origins being german?

    No, these are the old designs - during that tournament Germany won, that's why the German flag ship is golden as they were the champions.
