Cobalt Gunpowder- A Returning Player

    So im a returning player whats the effect of cobalt gunpowder? As far as the % that it slows the targets reload speed and speed when hit? It only says 15%+ hit proability when i hover or the cobalt gunpowder.

    Ahoy Burn_N_Die!

    Base stat for this gunpowder is just +15% hit probability as you already noticed, however this kind of gunpowder have a special ability which decrease speed and reload time of your opponent (if the debuff actually worked).

    When it comes to regular gameplay (or at times PvP) I do recommend using Dragon Gunpodwer (Green one) as it provides not only 15% hit probability but 15% critical damage too and you can obtain it quite easily from the League of Captains (your captain missions).
