As mentioned in my previous "general feedback" post, I see these partially-damaged npcs wandering around in many maps, including several outside of the "Sandstorm" map area. My question is in regards to this statement:

"Hello there Pirate, There can be a number of reasons you will see this, The main reason is that in many instances event Npc's do not have to be sunk by a player in order to gain rewards, often some damage is enough.".

What do you mean? What ship rewards do you get for shooting npcs only partially down? (I may can see "ELP rewards", but someone else must finish them off). Thank you for your time and help.

    Hello there Pirate,
Here is an example of rewards from shooting just two shots at an event Npc and allowing another player to deal the remaining damage and sink it.

I hope this now explains why you may see Npc's sailing around in a damaged state.

It' completely useless because you get the same amount per shot. I guess it's something different ;)
