    Just what is this magical, mystical event points number that we must attain in order to be able to get more than "3 chilling touches" from the event chests? I'm currently ranked #94 in the base event ranking with 70,035 event points - but can still only get 3 chilling touches from event chests. Again, I've never encountered this filter in either event chests or npc loot in the +10 years I've been playing. Is it less than 1M? Thanks.

    Ahoy abah2!

    Please be aware that we have two different events which include event chests, some of them require event points (amount UNKNOWN) some of them not.

    If you received 2 Chilling Touch that mean this is supposed to be this way and if you think it is a bug please contact Support.

    Creating multiple threads regarding the same subject when the answer was already provided won't result in different outcome.
