Stuck at "logging in user..." !

    Can't login to game.

    How it started:
    Joined seamap. Ship was stuck, nothing was reacting, could not even logout. Closed window. After that, I am stuck at "logging user".
    Other servers working just fine.

    What I tried:
    Different internet browsers, cleared cache
    Reinstalling client multiple times
    Same issue even on mobile phone
    Other servers OK.

    Other issues:
    For more than 2 months, everytime I login, my sea settings always resets to default = only workaround is to click logout on seamap, then click relogin to get my setting properly loaded. Why I have to do this like 10 times per day???

    We are aware of this issue that seems to be affecting a small number of players, Please let me know if this mornings restart has cleared the issue allowing you to log back in and play.

    Yes, the moring restart solved the problem.
    But my problem with setting reseting persists. Looks like this almost every login:

    If you menu resets on its own you'll have to contact Support.

    Just right now, It happened again! I am once again stuck at sea, after restarting stuck at "logging in user..." How am I supposed to finish the event like this? Unable to play half of the time

    What happened today:
    Logged in normally, my sea settings messed too. Clicked Logout>Clicked login in again >Ship stuck at sea (showing only hp, no ship visible), can't move > after closing window and reloading> stuck at "logging in user"

    So I guess wait for morning restart? That's cool, all my paid buffs going to waste for second day...
