    To answer your question, no, there are no quests within the Atlantis.

    Event quests can be only found on the water (SH) and these do reset at midnight.

    The daily quests are reset each day at 12 noon MIDNIGHT (local server time).

    Whats "typical" in that? The event quests resets at midnight... that's how this event is designed.
