Main account stuck on "Logging in user..." – America Global 3

    Hello Seafight Team,
    I cannot access the Sea Map with my main account. The game gets permanently stuck on the message "Logging in user..." and never loads.
    I have tried both the downloadable game client and the browser version, but the problem remains the same.
    I have also tested other accounts on the same computer and internet connection, and they all enter the Sea Map normally.
    This problem only affects my main account.
    User ID: 1353/42407221
    Server: America Global 3
    Could you please investigate my account and check why it cannot connect to the Sea Map?
