-10% Buff everyday!

I have a buff of -10% even though I have been offline for 10 hours straight

soWhy does it exist?

Ahoy Pirates,

We are syncing the following changes.

Event Preparation:

• We have prepared Phase 3 of the Elements of Winter event.

Changes:

• We have added a new Artic Captain Chest with the chance at higher tier Captains and Equipment.
• We have added a new Perk - Map Ruler, which can be used to complete the Snowflake, Gemini and Pisces bonus maps
• We've adjusted the time and Vitality required to complete all bonus maps in the League of Captains
• The Light of Tortuga now resets its cooldown when you enter a map you cannot use it, e.g. when entering the Safe Haven
• The negative Diminishing Returns now begins after 16 hours playtime

Are you sure that the percentage state "-10%"?

Please be aware that first hour of gameplay provide additional 10% loot from NPCs and Monsters (some quests provide 10% more end rewards too).
