    hey i bid on my tenth reinforced deck and it said i won but i never received the deck and can't bid or buy the last one! please help!

    Have you tried to clear your cache or refresh? What about logging out. Clearing cache. relogging?
    Also include your user ID, server you play on, and ELP for account confirmation. The relevant logbook entry would also help the mods.

    Wolf is correct. We will need your User ID. However, please log out completely, clear your cache and log back in. This usually helps :)
