    i boarded got most damage and last hits but i cant seem to get that item for level 29 pirate test, is it bugged or is it hard to get it

    It's hard to get I did that pirate test recently and it took me about 5 Revengge 2s to get it doing all three bording, most damage and last shot.

    As your fellow pirates have pointed out it is not easy to get and may take several attempts before you receive the item.
