    1) how much boarding value has Slashing Sickle NPC

    2)if germany wins mudial,but in our server most people got brazilion flag,the people with germany will pick badge ,or the brazilian which will have more points at ranking?

    I believe the Boarding Bonus of the Slashing Sickle is 30,000.

    Only the Players who have supported the Country who is Rank 1 in the "Global Ranking" will win the Badge.
