3 new changes to in-game content/non-arguable

    repair shipmate repair speed to be faster by 5k per second

    2:
    level 3 voodoo priest to same repair speed as the level 4 shipmate.

    they are already too slow for all the existing changes...

    3:
    allow players to use unstoppable in any map..no restrictions



    55,60 pounders either need to be refunded for 7500 pearls per cannon
    or updated with higher damage to reflect the changes in-game.
    leave admiral cannons in-game.

    a waste of space and items to have.

    VP,cannons & unstoppable I like the idea but the repair speed ...
    Players are already able to repair from 0 to full in 3 seconds so I doubt that would be a good idea.
    They changed the repair speed to make it slower & I find it good as it is now.
    With a higher repair speed,border fights will be endless.

    What level is your acc m8 ?
    What level is your rep GEM ?
    For most of the actual players,the repair speed is good enough as it is.
    If it's not enough for you,go invest on your repair skills & upgrade your GEM + get yourself the lvl 5 repair mate.

    I've got to agree here that the repair speed is already fast. Remember it needs to be balanced between everyday use and fighting. At the moment, if a player were to have a Level 24 Repair Gem, Level 8 Carpentry Expertise and Maintenance Crew, 6 Skills in Swift Remedy and has the Masterwork Tools buff, then they are able to repair from 0-650k in around 3 seconds. I do feel that the way Repair mechanics work does add them little scope for balancing, as it currently works by most repair bonuses removing a percentage of the time taken to repair fully.

    This meant that, before the Repair Gems were balanced a year or so ago and the Hour Glass added, players with a Level 19 repair gem and all other repair stats maxed out had 99% off their total repair time, whereas a Level 18 Gem ended you up with 97% off your repair time. This change in one gem ends up with the repair speed being 3 times as fast. (If you repaired in 100 seconds then you would repair in 1 second with Level 19 and 3 seconds with Level 18, hence 3x faster).

    This actually meant that a Level 20 gem would give you 101% off the time, which ultimately glitched to 1% off, which is around the speed of a brand new account.

    Without changing the mechanics completely, it is hard to balance the repair speed to make it faster for weaker players. They do seem however to be focusing more on the repair mechanic that increases the repaired HP per tick then the mechanic that reduced the time between ticks. This can be seen in the re-calculated Repair Gems as well as the Maintenance Crew castle in the Crew Deck that was recently added to the game.
