48%

Hi.....not been able to get on since restart, stuck at 48%, makes a difference from 21% I guess. Please can you look into.

Have you tried the normal clearing of cache? This may help the 48% issue.

 

Tried all the normal things, i'm either now getting stuck on 49% or lost connection, think i'm just going to have to wait till event is over

 

I have been informed that the will shortly be a sync or that it's just happened and this may be causing your issues.

Please clear you cookies and cache. It also may be worth waiting 10 mins or so before trying to log in again.

I know that this is not what you want to hear, but if the cct can get on your account then this shows that the problem is not on bigpoints side.

 

Unfortunately it still isn't working, I can get on Darkorbit and other online games so it can't be an issue my end. Seems alot of people are having the same issues and this usually happens when a new event comes out.
I'll just wait till the event has finished, to be honest from what i've read about the event it sounds terrible.

Have you tried switching browsers as well as updating your flash player?

 

I got on and got sunk straight away :-( but atleast i'n on
